cmr⁴² is an application for managing and evaluating Cardiovascular MR images. It is designed for clinical settings as well as for experimental and clinical research.

cmr⁴² reads images from all major MRI system manufacturers and can be installed on all major computer operating systems.

cmr⁴² has an exceptionally intuitive interface, yet extensive functionality. Tools have been developed by experienced CMR readers and are optimized for clinical workflow, allowing for improved ventricular function analysis, myocardial tissue characterization**, perfusion, dynamic signal intensity studies, flow quantification, and 4D viewing.

cmr⁴² provides full DICOM connectivity and can be integrated into network environments including PACS.

**The Tissue Characterization and Perfusion Modules are not available in the USA since the use of contrast agents for Cardiac MR procedures is not FDA-approved. A non-diagnostic version of cmr⁴², to be used for scientific research only, is available on request.
